A new wellbeing initiative is set to transform support across the Discovery Coast, thanks to funding from the Queensland Government’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Grants program. The Discovery Coast Social Prescription Community Coach Initiative will embed a full-time Community Coach, someone with lived experience of mental ill-health, into Agnes Water’s IMPACT Community Health Service (ICHS) on Rafting Ground Road.
