IMPACT Community Health Service (ICHS) is growing! As the General Practice Administration Medical Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face of our busy General Practice clinic, handling phone calls, bookings, billing and patient support.
What you'll be doing
- General administrative tasks in the reception environment
- Customer service
- Supporting clinicians in the preparation of programs and supports the supervision of clients attending programs
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service, ideally in a human and social
services environment. - Sound administration skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
