Her special interests include:
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Human Services, along with a Diploma in Accounting and Certificates IV in Community Services and Work Health and Safety.
Passionate about continuous learning, Hannah is currently completing a double diploma in Quality & Risk Management and Business Compliance to further strengthen her expertise and commitment to best practice.
Teonie is ANZAED Credentialed in Eating Disorders, providing specialised care for those experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating.

Teonie consults fortnightly at IMPACT Community Health Service and actively participates in Multidisciplinary Team Case Conferences, ensuring clients benefit from a holistic and integrated approach to care.
GP and Community Access Nurse
Kate is a Registered Nurse with additional qualifications including RM (Midwifery), Nurse Immuniser, and a Post Grad Dip in Child and Family Health. She currently serves as a Community Access Nurse at IMPACT, where her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, such as clinical care, in-home assessments, complex care needs, chronic disease support, and helping individuals as they navigate health services.
Kate enjoys working with the ICHS team and is passionate about supporting the people of the Discovery Coast region with their health needs.
