With six years of experience as the Medical Superintendent at Biggenden Hospital and a background in rural medicine, Dr Dani is highly skilled in emergency medicine and has special interests in General Practice, Chronic disease management, and emergency care.
Dr Dani's commitment to our region runs deep; he grew up in Bargara and has watched Agnes Water transform into the thriving community it is today. Your health is his priority, and he looks forward to working with you.
After completing his medical degree in the UK at Cambridge University and Kings College London in 2007, he worked extensively in the hospital setting, gaining further training in internal medicine and tropical medicine. He then switched to general practice and completed his specialist GP training in the UK in 2017.
Since moving to Australia two years ago with his young family, he has completed further training in mental health and skin cancer surgery.
Dr Paul likes to practice healthy living and has a great love for the sea and watersports. He is currently available on a part-time basis.
Serving as an Elected Councillor for Miriam Vale Shire Council during 2006 to 2008 and a Board Director for GAPDL between 2004 and 2008, her dedication to community welfare is evident. As a Registered Nurse with roles such as Facility Manager at Bindaree Lodge Boyne Island and Health Superintendent at Gladstone Ports highlight her commitment to health and aged care.
With a Graduate Diploma from Central Queensland University and a hand in launching "Work Healthy- Retire Well", Pamela seamlessly blends patient care with operational excellence. Rooted in the Queensland community, she's dedicated to your well-being and enhancing your health journey.
RN Amelie, a former teacher from Canada, moved to Australia in 2003 and later retrained as a nurse. Her career has spanned paediatrics, acute medical and surgical units, palliative care, with the past 4 years in rural emergency care. She a certified Rural and Isolated Practice Registered Nurse, a nurse immuniser and has a deep-rooted interest in mental health and holistic wellness. Beyond her professional life, Amelie is passionate about yoga, hiking, skiing and travel, cherishing the lifestyle that Agnes Water offers.
Her role at Impact Community Health marks her debut as a Practice and Community Nurse, where she is eager to contribute to this innovative project. Her goal is to enhance the accessibility of rural healthcare services in our region.
KATE KEEVERS
GP and Community Access Nurse
Kate is a Registered Nurse with additional qualifications including RM (Midwifery), Nurse Immuniser, and a Post Grad Dip in Child and Family Health. She currently serves as a Community Access Nurse at IMPACT, where her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, such as clinical care, in-home assessments, complex care needs, chronic disease support, and helping individuals as they navigate health services.
Kate enjoys working with the ICHS team and is passionate about supporting the people of the Discovery Coast region with their health needs.
